Welcome to the United Benefice of Ropley, Bishop’s Sutton and West Tisted – a Church of England benefice within the Diocese of Winchester.

We would love to welcome you to celebrate the joy of Easter’s arrival on Easter Saturday (31st March) for a Service of New Light followed by a glass of something bubbly. Celebrations begin at 8pm in Ropley Parish Hall. Clare

“[Divisions in the Church] Now I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you should be in agreement and that there should be no divisions among you, but that you should be united in the same mind and the same purpose.” — 1 Corinthians 1:10 1989, 1995. StPetersAs you may be aware, Ropley’s beloved parish church of St Peter’s was very severely damaged by a fire in June 2014. Information about that fire, including substantial galleries of images, can be found on our sister website RaiseStPeters.uk where you can also find the current situation and fundraising opportunities.

The StPetersRopley.org.uk website that you are now viewing will focus on the ongoing Christian worship in Ropley and the United Benefice of Ropley, Bishop’s Sutton and West Tisted, with details of services, ministry and all the “normal” functions of an Anglican church community.

RopleyParishHallUntil further notice, Ropley services are being held in Ropley Parish Hall – about 200 yards downhill from St Peter’s Church. Benefice services are also held periodically in either St Nicholas, Bishop’s Sutton; St Mary Magdalene, West Tisted; or Ropley Parish Hall. Further details can be found in our Ministry pages.
